Divide both sides by 4 and then factor.
Factor out a 4 first, what do you get?
\[x^2+8x-65=0\]
Do the diamond method. Multiply the number before x^2 (which in this case is 1) and -65. Then you have to figure out what two numbers multiply to -65 and add to 8?
It would be 4(x^2 + 8x - 65) Now what 2 numbers multiply to be -65, and add to be 8?

13 and -5
Yep, now how would you set that up?
\[2(x+13) 2(x-5)\]
Or just 4(x+13)(x-5)
4(x+13)(x-5)=0
