.exe is not gonna hurt your comp. It says that because the code for the verification email requires access to the SMTP server which is commonly used in making keyloggers.

Anything can be decompiled :D
Just gotta have the right tool. VB.NET and C# are easy to decompile it.
While C++ is harder. ReshHacker is a nice one for C++ :P
