I got 1,683.72 then - 378 and got 1,205.72
you first need to cut 1,683.72 in half
you forgot to divide it by 2
then you can subtract off 378

the basic idea is to find the area of the hexagon then find the area of the square then you subtract the two Shaded Area = (Area of Hexagon) - (Area of Square)
how do I cut it in half?
