It's \[x + 2y \ge -8\] because if you subtract x from both sides and then divide both sides by 2 to isolate the y, you'll get \[y \ge -\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }x - 4\] with -1/2 as the slope (as you can see from the picture) and -4 as the interscept (as you can also see) Hope this helps
