1.22 x 10^9 what you do to get this is first you start from the end and count how many time it takes to get to the 1, then you add the 22 you will have 1.22 how many times did it take you to get to the 1 which is 9 times
same with this one count how many time it takes you to get to the 2, which is two times. now since you are going backwards it is negative 2.87 x 10^-2
so #4 is B?
