the given triangle is a right anlged one so, use tan 30=x/7 or tan 60=7/x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tan(30)=x/7?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup or tan 60=7/x u can use both eqns

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 7/60?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that not iit use the value for \[\tan 30=1/\sqrt{3}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(sqrt3)/3 That's what I got ~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dude use the value of tan (30) degrees ie 1/(sqrt 3)=x/7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ie x=7/(sqrt (3))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nvm I got it lol :p

Thanks though!
