hmm well if you look carefully there are more then one option which have y=8 at x=0.. just see the graphs u have and match... look in first graph at x=0 y is 2 isnt it? and same on 3rd and 4th.. do u get?

now look which graph line is passing through
(0,2) and (1,9)
