Can some one look over this and correct my spelling and punctuation?! :D Thank you! No, this prediction is not true. Patriot and Union believed that the Presidents words were silly and would soon be forgotten. However, Lincoln believed that actions are long remembered, as for words are for gotton over time. "The world will little note nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here." No, Linclon wasn't correct about his own prediction becuase, the words he spoke are still remembered today and are being taught in history classes all over the world.

This is the question I had to answer. Was the Patriot and Union correct in its prediction? Why or why not? Go back and review the Gettysburg Address. What did Lincoln have to say about his words? Was he correct in his own prediction? Why or why not?

I have made some changes, but do get it proof read by someone else too :) No, this prediction is not true. "The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here."
