oh its the smallest arc because ecg (d) is more than half the circle.. gce (c) is exactly the same as ecg but in a different order. and egf (a) is almost half the circle. so you're left with ec (b) which is just a little portion of the circle.. its smaller than all of the other choices it gave you.
