Gold coast is the 16th largest city in Australia, and the 2end largest in the state of Queensland. Gold Coast is known for it’s long spread of beaches and renowned ‘Surfer’s Paradise’. It has been said that Gold Cost is the best gateway into Queensland’s natural attractions, Because of all its wild life and greenery.
The people of the Gold Coast main events include the Coolangatta classic, Quicksilver and Roxy pro. The Coolangatta classic is where Gold Coast finest iron men and women swim the ocean and compete to see who is the toughest iron man or women. Quicksilver and Roxy pro are competitions for people who surf. As you can imagine a lot of the Gold Coast events are centered on suffering because of its beautiful beaches.
Gold Coast is also home to the Gold Coast 600 (or known as before the Lexmark Indy300). This race takes place on the streets of Surfers Paradise and the Main beach. This race takes place during the Miss Indy competition. There are some problems with this; the race goes right by the Miss Indy competition and distracts the people watching and the people judging it. The Magic Millions is the brainchild of Gerry Harvey, and John Singleton, they plain on making a new super track for this race to take place.
Gold Cost celebrates many of the same holidays we do. Which include Christmas, Palm Sunday, Easter, and the Super Bowl. Yes that’s right they do the Super bowl, Australia might have different rules then those of American rules some which include,
