OpenStudy (mertsj):

I suppose that means you are supposed to define f and g so that h is f composite g?

hartnn (hartnn):

you have liberty to choose functions any f and g such that h(x)= f of g (x) say, for example if you have the function h = ax^n you can choose, f = ax and g = x^n so, what will be f and g for h = 2/ sqrt x ?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

f(x)=2/x g(x)=sqrt(x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do u mean @hartnn and how did you get that @Mertsj

hartnn (hartnn):

you find f(g(x)) by substituting 'x' in f(x) by 'g(x)' so, what will u get when f(x)=2/x g(x)=sqrt(x)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Do you know how to find the f(g(x))?
