What is the quotient: (6x^4 – 15x^3 + 10x^2 – 10x + 4) ÷ (3x^2 + 2), Help Please!

I know, but look first i have to multiply to delete 6x^4, I did with 2x^2 but it doesnt give me a x^3 exponent!
