How did each region feel about these issues? REGIONS: NORTHEAST, WEST, & SOUTH ISSUES: SALE OF PUBLIC LANDS, INTERNAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND HIGH TARIFFS

@ParthKohli

Parth (parthkohli):

I am not so good at this :-(

:(

The north wanted high tariffs so that the south could buy their goods, the south didn't want high tariffs because it wasn't fair for them to buy all the imported good from the north. I'm not sure about the west.

Oh. :/ Ok, thx:) at least u looked, no?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the other 2 issues?

tnx!!!!1

As for the sale of public lands: North-easterners were scared that they would lose workers for their factories if these lands were sold at cheap prices. And the Westerners wanted low prices to attract settlers. As for internal improvements: North-eastners and Westerners wanted government backed spending on internal improvements. Southerners didn't want this because it called for tariffs on imported goods and they did not want an increase in tariffs. Hope I helped:)
