For light with a wavelength of 555 nm, what is its frequency?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If the light is travelling through a vacuum then the speed is 3x10^8 (3e8) metres per second. The frequency is the speed of light divided by the wavelength. (Please note that the wavelength is given in nanometres and so should be converted to metres before a correct frequency (in Hertz or seconds^-1) can be calculated.
