Write a letter to the editor containing an introduction, body, conclusion, and a call to action.

Your letter to the editor should:

Contain a thesis statement that expresses the your position.

Be written in business letter format and use logical reasoning, reasons, and evidence to support the thesis statement.

Use an appropriate pattern of organization and transitions to connect ideas.

Use vivid language and maintain a consistent tone and style.

Use complete sentences and correct capitalization, punctuation, and spelling.

But the problem is, you're not telling us what you want to write. What's the subject of this essay. You need a subject to actually write about it.

You need to have a goal in mind. That is, for you to know what is the reason you are writing editor for. Again - PURPOSE. You cannot just start without knowing what is the ending or the end result you want to achieve.
