Microwaves - An electromagnetic wave with a wavelength in the range 0.001–0.3 m. Microwaves are used in radar, in communications, and for heating.
X-ray -  X-radiation (composed of X-rays) is a form of electromagnetic radiation. X-rays have a wavelength in the range of 0.01 to 10 nanometers.
