Intermediate Algebra HELP.... PLEASE!

I just started the class, & i know nothing. i have 25 questions, but only have to do 20
The First question is, -114 over 4... wants to know what the natural numbers,whole numbers,integers,rational numbers,irrational numbers & real numbers
Honestly, even just a dictionary would help :)
Integers: ..., -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ... basically any integer is any number that has no decimal or fractional part Natural numbers: set of positive integers natural numbers are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, ... Whole numbers: set of nonnegative integers whole numbers are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ... Rational numbers: any number where you can write it as a fraction of integers ex: 1/3, 2/7, 5 (since 5 = 5/1) Irrational numbers: any number where you cannot write it as a fraction of two integers ex: the square root of 2, pi, log(13), etc real numbers: any number you can think of
