I calculated that force exerted on a mass on the earths surface is roughly 1/3000 times that of the force exerted by the earth on the same mass. If this is correct then a 3 ton mass should weigh 3001 kg when the earths rotation moved the mass to the outer side of the sun(because sun and earth pull the mass in same direction) and 2999 kg when it is at the near side of the sun(becauss pull by the sn and earth are in opposite directions)? can somebody clear this to me please?

it will differ by about 3N.
