question please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

16/4(4)

OpenStudy (kropot72):

\[\frac{16}{4\times 4}\] Is this the question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not exactly

OpenStudy (kropot72):

\[\frac{16}{4}\times 4\] Is this the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[16\div4\left( 4 \right)\]

OpenStudy (aravindg):

4(4)= ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You don't need to ask him that. Just simplify the fraction.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Get rid of the 4 outside the brackets.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but then again, there's different ways to simplify that.

hartnn (hartnn):

\(16\div4\left( 4 \right) \) is same as \(16\div4 \times 4 \) then the order of operations will be from left to right , \(16\div4 =4, and \quad 4 \times 4 =16\)
