I see it becomes 0 = 0. How do I figure out what slope intercept it all follows? x + 3y = 6 -x - 3y = -6

If it becomes \(0=0\), it means every value of \(x\) and \(y\) are acceptable.

Didn't we do this already? Just pick a value for y. Any value. No one cares what value. Use that value in the first equation to solve for hte corresponding value of x. You can do this all day. There are infinitely many solutions. Please look up Dependent, Consistent Solutions
