How can a Moderator only take messages from people they have fan and still be a Mod like Zarkon is doing? I am trying to ask him a question and I get a message I can't message him because he only allows people he fans to send messages to him? what gives here??

This user only accepts messages from people they have fanned.

Some mods do that because they don't want to be spammed by trolls and whatever.

Mods are to be open for anyone because if there is an issue they handle it

If there's an issue, post something and tag them.
But, like I said, they only accept messages from people they've fanned because trolls and other stupid people.
