How does a animal cell that is situated near the lung gets its food , if the blood gets it to the lung then how does it get it to the lung because if blood comes to our lung we have either a nose bleed or puke the blood out.

The blood does reach the lung from the pulmonary arteries and leaves it by pulmonary veins. This circuit is necessary for gaz exchange.

we don't have an open circulatory system where the blood just pours all over our organs
