I got 5[2+(1^3)]. I came up with 10+1=11 Is this correct?

now I get 15? Help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

PEMDAS = Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication/Division, Add/Subtract. Do whatever is in the parentheses first and then move outwards. So it should be 5*(2+1) = 15
