OpenStudy (anonymous):
in a RNA isolation procedure..we got bands behind the well(ie., towards negative charged electrode).actually my RNA was degraded in one step, but still wanted to view it on gel..so we ran a formaldehyde gel....and got a very bad result...what might be the reason??
