PLEASE HELP!! Two buildings have the same total height. One building has 8 floors with height h. The other building has a ground floor of 16 feet and 6 other floors with height h. Write and solve an equation to find the height h of these floors.

ok first draw a rough figure please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

height of ground floor = 16 feet this building has 6 other floors thus the height of this building is 16x7 = 112feets thus h = 112 feets as both buildings have same hights thus h1 = h2 = 112feet
