What is the measure of AC?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zepdrix @mathstudent55 @Mertsj @Jonask

OpenStudy (anonymous):

EC=180-DE since its a semi circle and EC=AC

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zepdrix

OpenStudy (anonymous):

EC=180-42=138=AC

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Hi c: Read Jonask's notes. That should explain it fairly well.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh okay then do you do 138 divided by 90?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zepdrix @Jonask ? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you do to the 138? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Jonask

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no dividing bcos DE where arc lengths ,so we just subtract ,no dividing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Jonask so we subtract 138 and 90?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

180-42=138

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay then what?? @Jonask

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh the answer is 138? @Jonask ?

OpenStudy (smokeysthename):
