that is what I would get.  make sure the problem doesn't state anything about 1.75 charge when they bill her card.  I agree

well it said for every purchase so would that be for every 12 monthly payment she made since they charged her card for that

yeah...Im leaning that way too. so add 11 * 1.75 to your ending total
