Need help with inequalities... So i have a hard time reading the inequality charts when i make them heres an example if you help you will be RELEIVING MUCH OF MY DIFFICULTIES: 2x/1-x greater or equal to 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{ 2x }{ 1-x }\ge 0\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what a mess

pooja195 (pooja195):

cant read?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but you made the chart, so lets read it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

one factor is \(2x\) which is 0 if \(x=0\) if \(x>0\) it is positive, and if \(x<0\) it is negative, so that is why you have this |dw:1359426173786:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

indicating only that the factor \(2x\) is positive to the right of 0 and negative to the left

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now \(1-x\) is zero if \(x=1\) and if \(x>1\) then \(1-x<0\) whereas if \(x>1\) then \(1-x\) is negative. we add that to the chart |dw:1359426322895:dw|
