What is the measure of the angle formed by the minute hand and the hour hand of a clock when the clock shows 4:35?

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

The hour hand points exactly at the hour when the minute hand is pointing at 0. It takes 1 hour for it to advance 1/12 of the way around the clock to the next hour. How many degrees is 1/12 of a complete revolution? You will know the position of the hour hand by adding the fraction of 1/12 of a revolution it moves in 35 minutes to the position it was at at 4:00. You also can find the position of the minute hand (it's going to be pointing at 7). What is the angle between them?
