6x+3/6 = 7 + 4x+3/5 (so there is two terms on the RHS, and one term on the LHS) 6x+3 is the numerator of 6 which is the denominator. this also applies on the RHS: 4x+3 is the numberator of 5, the denominator. The 7 is added separately. Please help! Year 11, maths B question.
