I'm assuming what you need to figure out is the definition of breach? If so it means break.

My own guess would be spy. In the context of IT, when there's a system breach, it usually means someone (a hacker) or something has found a way around security, usually to look around or to snag info. Or both.

Yeah, but look the definition of breach up. It comes up break.

I'm not doubting that's the literal meaning of the word. I'm just saying that around programmers and system admins, whenever they say breach, it usually means an intrusion of some kind.
