hmmmm, that's a tricky one. Because if you are looking at a rectangle and trying to determine if its a square, then you are looking at a rectangle with the possibility of it being a square. However, If you are looking at a rectangle and you know its a rectangle and not a square, why would you beg the question to begin with.
