@brianAC. What do you think. Consecutive angles in these listed quadrilaterals are supplementary and opposite angles are congruent. So, what kind of angles would they have to be?

The angles would have to be right angles, yes. But, how did you rule out square as the answer. It AND the rectangle have right angles.
