HELP! PLEASEEE!!!! Simplify (x + 7)(x + 5). (1 point) x^2 + 12x + 35 x^2 + 35 x^2 + 12x + 12 x^2 + 12x + 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^2+7x+5x+7*5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What? Lol, I have no idea how to do this(:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait, is it the first one?

OpenStudy (nerione):

what jonask did is correct. just add 7x+5x and rewrite the whole thing you should get what you want.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So is it, x^2 + 12x + 35 ? That is hat I got from that.....

OpenStudy (nerione):

and of course 7*5=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

35...

OpenStudy (nerione):

correct. its cross and multiply technique or so with that fancy name. for example (a +b)(c+d) you will have ( a*c+a*d+b*c+bd)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh(: Okay. That helped a lot! wanna stay and help me with one more?
