What is the simpler form of (5x^3+2)(5x^3-2)? 25x^6 + 20x^3 – 4 25x^6 – 20x^3 – 4 25x^9 – 4 25x^6 – 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

25x^6 – 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5x^3*5x^3-5x^3*(-2)(which is -10x^3)+10x^3(which is 2*5x^3)-4(which is 2*(-2) ), soooo

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol, so the answer is 25x^6 – 4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

we get, 25x^6( when u multiple plus exponent each other) and we get also one -10x^3+10x^3, and because they have different signs, they disappear :))) :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

soo remain only 25x^6 – 4. understand??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh(;. So I was right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, I do(: Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):
