A ferris wheel, rotates at a constant angular velocity while rings of seats rotate at a different (but constant) angular velocity. The seat rotate at 30 rpm counterclockwise while the ferris wheel is rotating at 12 rpm counterclockwise. Find the linear velocity, in feet per second, due to the combined rotations of the seats and the ferris wheel when your seat is farthest from the center of the ferris wheel.
