It means you don't know how to spell. Do you mean "protein"? Proteins are a type of "macromolecule" that we find in our bodies. The word "macro" means "big." Proteins are some of the bigger molecules that we've got. They do a lot of things. Two major examples: They catalyze (jump-start) the chemical reactions in our bodies that keep us alive. They replicate (copy) our DNA, so that our cells can divide, and that we can grow.
