some questions goes unanswered for a days or so is there a way we can notify people online of such questions and also they can be classified under unattempted questions,difficulty level

any question that goes unanswered is ideally left in the open questions queue. But im sure there are people who want to ask more important questions and might end up closing out one question to ask another.

The subjects with the most activity tend to get "cleaned" out the fastest -- math. The others do tend to have backlogs of unanswered questions in both the closed and open queues.
