Add 2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c/4-2=-3 c-8=-12 c=-4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait is it add 2 or multiply 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it think its add 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its add 2 because base on order of operation, which is PEMDAS, you should do multiplication/division first, but since it's an equation and trying to find "c", you should add first, on both side.
