What did people use before laptop were invented?

They used Computers. A large box, in which had very little memory compaired to what we have today. The memory disks are called Floppy disc's which would commonly hold 1.14MB. Because floppy disks became synonymous with stored data, the "Save" icon in most computer programs is a picture of a Floppy Disc. (Computer system: Refer to picture below)
