D is correct....but lets take confirmation from @jim_thompson5910 as well..

D is correct because the incenter is found by intersecting the angle bisectors the circumcenter is found by intersecting the perpendicular bisectors

quick question...can i find the surface area of a rectangular prism by multiplying the perimeter if the base times the height? i looked up a formula and it said just find the area of each base and add it up but i think that takes longer

you need to do both because the first part is the lateral surface area the second part includes the area of the two bases
