President Barack Obama is an example of good leader in modern time. some characteristics which makes him a very good leader are:
1) he's kind, loyal, sincere and courteous,
2) he is an astute and observant leader. He knows what he wants and makes a determined effort to reach his goals. He also takes appropriate actions to correct errors, clarify policies, maintained continued effort and handle emergency problems whenever they rise.
3) his ideas are firmly established and he develops a conviction of what is right and best for all concerned.
