I'm stuck on PS4, the 4th problem. I'm trying to understand and implement the ideas in the pseudocode, but I'm not getting it on my own. The ps4_sol file doesn't contain code for this problem, so I was wondering if anybody could show me how to go about this recursive "find_best_shifts" function...been at it for a week now...
