Can anyone prove 2 voltage uniqueness theorem in electrostatics? plzzzzzzz

OpenStudy (jamesj):

What's the theorem or theorems specifically?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@JamesJ In a volume 'V' surrounded by conductors and containing a specified charge density 'p', the electric field is uniquely determined if the total charge on each conductor is given. This is the statement of 2nd uniqueness theorem. Actually i am confused with the statement itself. Whether the specified volume is enclosed by a conductor or the some conductors having charge are distributed in that volume?
