Can someone check my work? "Which of the following changes will always be true for a system with increasing entropy?" I put +deltoid S. "Which of the following changes has a decrease in entropy?" The answer choices are: N2O4 (g) => 2NO2 (g) C6H6 (l) => C6H6 (g) 2LiClO3 (s) => 3O2 (g) + 2LiCl (s) 3Fe (s) + 2O2 (g) => Fe3O4 (g) I put the last choice as the answer.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

the 2nd is right, and so is the first.. but you're basically saying "what will be true for a system with increasing entropy? change in entropy is positive" which is kinda redundant.
