The measurement of the angle between those sides is 46degrees 20. you probably mean 40º 20' which is 40 degrees , 20 minutes 1 minute is 1/60 of a degree. 20 minutes is 20*1/60= 1/3 of a degree you angle is 40.3333 degrees use the law of cosines to find the 3rd side add up the lengths of the 3 sides to get the perimeter.
