Which statement explains how passage of the Lend-Lease Act contributed to the United States' entry into World War II? It led Germany to resume its policy of unrestricted submarine warfare. It showed the Axis powers that the United States was not a neutral party. It required a significant increase in American production of war materials. It got the U.S. military involved in missions to protect American ships.

i just read up a bit on what the lend lease act was, from my understanding, the US was taking apart destroyed ships and weapons from the attacks on pearl harbor, and recycling them to create new weapons. the information i pulled was from this site ( http://derpy.me/iWUp5) i would say the second option sounds the most reasonable.
