i know the answer i need to know how to get there

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

take out 3 as a common factor \[3(9x^2 + 24xy + 16y^2)\] inside the brackets is a perfect square \[(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2\] just find a and b.... it should be obvious
