what am i doing??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{48} - 3\sqrt{27} + 2\sqrt{75}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok simple .... 1 thing u got to do is -3+2 =???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

step by step

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Careful on that- we can't add those together until they're "like terms" in that the radicals are the same or eliminated

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt[]{2x2x2x2x3}-3\sqrt[]{3x3x3}+2\sqrt[]{5x5x3}=4\sqrt[]{3}-9\sqrt[]{3}+10\sqrt[]{3}=5\sqrt[]{3}\]

@DarthTony has it. Simplify your radicals as much as you can first, then you can combine your new like terms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you gonna break them off and look what you have, then combine them :D

@GeekNeko @DarthTony @johana thank you you guys!
