Held up by such capable arms
I've always thought that the bind would never loose grip
And that I'd fall through such flimsy thread
Well just cause your heart has a rip
And you've fallen head first in dread
Dontcha give up even if everyone has let you down
Hold your head up, and refuse to frown
Even if all your friends have vanished
And you feel like an outcast banished
You can still overcome!
Because everyone's climbing an uphill battle
But you just have to get back up and fix that saddle
yea I know life is a ride
But even when the tide is high
We got enough strength to make it by
